I recently interviewed for a role at Goldman Sachs and completed all the levels. After the final interview HR sent me a link to fill out the Compensation Questionnaire and requested for related documents. Next day, another HR called me for some clarification and told me that they are going to request for some approvals. Does this mean I can expect an offer letter? If yes, how long will that process take?

Hi fishes! My spouse is planning to go to India but we would need to get her visa stamped before coming back. I see that getting appointment is such a huge problem right now. Can we get her visa stamped from a different country? In this case, we were considering Qatar, she grew up there and has her brother there. For what it’s worth she qualifies for Dropbox in India. How do I find out if Qatar works in our case?Deloitte

I've said it before and stand by it still: Recruiting is brand management 101. If an employer can't manage the easy stuff (like sending an automated thanks-no-thanks email) then they've told me who they are and how they value other people's time. Sometimes you get a glimpse of the problem (e.g., they're incompetent, tool-cool-for-the room, passive-aggressive baby managers) but who cares? Be grateful you didn't go any further with them, check them off your list, and move on.
It’s part of their sink-or-swim culture. Them ghosting you is tip of the iceberg: for decades CBRE has fostered low support, demanding hours, and an inconsistent management structure.
