I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

I left last year and I was viewed as some sort of enemy after I put down my papers. I had hoped that they would appreciate and happily offboard me as I was leaving after 5 years with so many contributions but all seemed void.
The culture there has degraded definitely!
Probably landed a huge project and they need to staff urgently. Good time to ask for a larger raise.
We do this a lot. D will match / exceed the offer you have provided it’s within the band for the level they are bringing you in. Project start is directly impacted by ability of new staff to start. So you can try your luck else prod company offer is good anyways.

I submitted my documents 20 days ago. Since then I haven't heard back . Whenever I contact HR ,she is saying things are being handled by senior HR and it'll take time.
I also got an offer for 8.5L from PWC india .. now I have another offer for 9.3 from ey and 9.8 from CTS, should I ask them to match the offer? Or is it too late to ask?
I also received their offer...they are okay to wait for 1 year as well...seems there is high attrition rate there this year.....
