This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. Now, manager is asking me for retention of 7LPA along with 50K bonus and he is convincing me with working with cutting edge tech in DevOps.
