Anyone joined cisco recently? I asked recruitor if cisco will provide relocation benifits like hotel for some initial days they said no. Is it normal in cisco? I mean if someone is relocating from outside banglore how they can expect employee will have some place to live from day 1.

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

Joining date for EY India needs to be changed. On Notice now but Present organization is not accepting 60 days and need to serve 90 days. Contacted EY India HR via mail but no response yet. Can anyone tell me the process to get the revised offer letter with new joining dates.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

Can someone please explain the process of selling a home when you have an Islamic loan? Since it’s profit sharing i don’t fully own the home right? So if i sell it i can’t take full profits since i don’t own it outright. I’m considering Islamic financing but have so many questions about it. Can you take an equity line? I think volunteering as a family can help install the value of giving back and zakaat.
