I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?

I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I had interviewed for Cognizant and I was asked to submit my documents for offer letter release. This happened on the same day as my interview(Friday 6th May). I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?
