What is the average salary for a Senior Producer in NYC? I currently work for small agency/production company in London and we taking a leap to begin an NYC outfit - it will sit alongside the other agencies in our small network. I’m aware that NYC salaries are proportionally much larger than the UK, and therefore want a figure that will both be fair and appropriate to me, but also realistic to the UK commercials. Curious to know what the hive mind here thinks is a suitable asking price?

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.

B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
