What is the 'bah humbug' reference? I've seen it be used in multiple Christmas ads but not sure where it's from. My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?

I received a 2 year continued service agreement costing $12,000 in effect fot individuals who 'leave voluntarily' within the allotted timeframe. Will I actually have to pay for the costs of training if I don't end up liking the job? Are these enforceable? What are the parameters of 'leaving voluntarily?' Thank you!
