I am a strategy consulting enthusiast from a middle class family. Don't have the financial stability to take a loan for an MBA and hence had to drop some renouned admits this year (Think top IIM's) due to family circumstances. I still dream big and request you to provide some insights for my research:-
1) Average expected package of an associate
2) Average experience expected at ZS to get hired at associate (not BCN)
3) Good books to upskill and ace the consulting case interviews

Hi Fishes. I'm selected in Synechron for Presales role in Pune and want to know how is Synechron as a company.
I have read a lot of negative reviews where it was mentioned that it has a no bench policy and Synechron fires a lot of people.
My role is not a client based role, as I'll be working with Synechron Sales/ Busiess team only.

I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. Does Boston Consulting have an M&A and Private Equity Practice? Based on company webpage this is not quite clear…perhaps it is not a main focus as it is with, perhaps, Bain? Or the competencies are integrated within the practices of BCG?
