What is the current status of firing in Nagarro? In my known itself 4 people have been fired in the past 2-3 months. They belonged to Java, Node js, QA and dev ops tech stack. It looks like Nagarro is already cleaning its employee base before giving full handover to Persistent.

Also people are getting lesser hikes in general. For critical resources they have introduced another variable like ‘Project commitment’ for one year only so that their ctc does not increase much on paper.

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?
