S&O M with an offer for SM at competitor for 25% more base and large sign on. Worth having a comp conversation with D? I’m slightly left of middle of the MBA M band. New offer is at market for SM1.

3.5 years out of school, 2400 billable hours last year in TRS and just got promoted. what kind of year end compensation should I be expecting? Bonus and new salary

Thoughts on Google L5 non-tech offer? Sales S&O GCP. ~8 YOE in both Fortune 100 and SaaS companies. No MBA.

My sheet has multiple cells with Notes. Whenever I reorder rows or add new columns, the notes go completely out of whack (get displaced or squeezed). Any quick fixes? Also why does this happen?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. Anybody in managed services have a similar position to compare

Joined Ericsson a year ago. Learned new things but not enough. Thinking of leaving it and join some other org. What do you think? I wanted some on-site opportunities but so far nothing.
I know the raise will be in between 5-10%. But the part I missed the most is learning. I can use their portal but that is all theory and can’t do much if they don’t provide the time for it .
