What is the difference between Google Cloud Engineer ML and Google SWE ML role? What is the expected career growth of Google Cloud Engineer ML role within Google and outside Of it? As I understand Google cloud engineer role is not part of product & engineering team.

Why are there roles out there specifically for change management? Isn’t this something program managers always owned? Where does one draw the boundaries? It makes me question whether hiring change management analysts are really necessary but I see so many “change management” roles in consulting
