What is the interview process like and what kinds of cases should be expected for Strategy& Deals Strategy Associate?

Hi Guys, I have an offer from Marlabs,Pune location( hybrid) and joining is in 4 days. Interview process with Mouser Electronics and E-zest is still in progress. Shall I accept the marlabs offer? Any feedback regarding the company? I am worried as hiring of many companies is suspected to be freezed in upcoming days/months. Please guide.
