I am going to start as a Big data Developer. I have an experience of 3 years in non-IT MNCs and current CTC is 5 lpa for me. What is the salary I should expect as my earlier experience is not relevant to the field. Please help.

Been with Big Four advisory (GRC) for 10 years. Really tired of meaningless “consulting” and commoditized implementations. Recently been through a rough job search and finally landed an offer with a mid size bank in their risk practice. People say that the culture there is quite political and bitter but I’ll learn a heck lot and get a new opening on my resume. Salary is the same. I've been offered a fairly generous comp package to take a non-attorney compliance role with a FAANG company.
