Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. How much of a notice does one typically get before their biometrics appointment for GC EAD?

My firm has applied for my L1A visa. If that gets denied, my plan is to travel to Canada and re enter US immediately on B1/B2 visa (already have valid B1/B2 stamp) so that I'll get time to figure out things here in the US (sell my stuff, handle my bank accts etc). Want to join new company after h1b transfer completed. Need to give 2 weeks notice to current employer. Can I work for current employer for those 2 weeks notice period after h1b transferred to new employer?when does the current employer get notified of h1b transfer, in case that happens?

H1B Petition got picked in this year’s lottery - Can I switch jobs within my company before the petition is approved?

Does anyone here have an experience of filing an EB1A or NIW petition. A law firm suggested me to first do a NIW petition and then follow it up with EB1A. Is it a good strategy to do it this way because NIW is more certain and gets a place in the line? Am I missing something? Should I instead file an EB1A directly?

Also, any good law firm suggestions for EB1A petitions based academic credentials? Thanks for the help
