I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Lol but how accurate is FB, really? 😂 there are many factors that go into it, especially region.
Last year as a 4 going into promotion it was a 15% raise and a $3000 bonus
So basically the same raise as Staff 1 to Staff 2 plus a bonus?
23% for me. 5 rated going into senior one.
We don't even know what we do. So.... yeah.
Last year I got 20% for a 5 rating - advisory in central
*5000
It's gonna be 7% for 3 rating
Let's talk 5 rating?
I got 12.5% as 3 last year, this year might be only 10 from what I see on FB
I'm hoping for over 20%!
28% 2 years ago for 5
Is this for tax?? I'm in indirect tax - staff II going to senior and there's no way my raise is going to be anywhere close to 20% lol even with 4-5 rating
Advisory
Ah that makes sense then. Advisory makes so much more m. Never knew what people actually do in advisory, is it fun?
