What is the remote work vs. in-office requirement at Fox Rothschild? Is it possible to work for the firm if I don’t live in a city where they have an office?

It depends on the office you are interested in. NYC is very flexible, but other offices are not. I know you didn’t ask but at the risk of giving unsolicited advice, I feel compelled to warn you about working there. Do a search in this bowl, and you will see.

That’s not gonna happen.

Blot that firm out of your mind. A1 is correct.

Can confirm it is highly unlikely you’ll be allowed to work for the firm in a city Fox doesn’t have an office. Not too sure what A1 is getting at. Fox gets a bad rep for not paying market, but it also has never gone through mass layoffs during an economic downtrend and associates are not billing 2000+ hours a year.

How to get experience letter in Virtusa after resignation?

I just received email to submit documents for Wells Fargo. Before this , haven't had conversation with the HR.
1. Can I mail back asking for the budget they have for this role?
2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?
3. He had asked for tenure in the current organisation. Does this affect the hike? My tenure in current organisation is 9 months.

Any suggestions on this will be helpful. Thanks.

My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

Im a bit burned out now and I would love to take a long break. I'm hoping I can take a break (2 months) between the transition but is this a good reason to move though? Would you move in my situation? Im sure there will be a signing bonus.
