I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I'm a third year plaintiff's employment law attorney and I'm looking to move to defense, preferably still in employment law. I received an offer from a midsize firm that primarily focuses on PI with little-to-no employment law practice, so I'll have a bit of a learning curve. Offer is $90k, billable hours of 2100. Is this reasonable? I'm dead-set on leaving my current job, and this would be a $20k pay increase - which makes me believe I'm leaning towards taking it for those reasons only.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I left PA earlier this year for a manager level financial reporting role. It was a lateral move but would’ve been up for senior manager promo in July had I stayed in PA. Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.
