What do you all think is the upper limit range for someone in an account manager role at a tech firm? What’s the career path? Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Do EY GDS do background verification for all my previous employers ?
They have asked me to submit document only for last employment for BGV which first advantage is doing. And offer letter mentions to submit only exp/relieving letter for last 2 employers as applicable while joining.
Little confused as I am have bad experience with one of my employer.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?
