Applying for promotion to Digital Design Lead. 15 YoE, currently making about 82k + profit share. 3rd in seniority and department is currently restructuring. Based on some other internal salary ranges, planning to to ask for 106k, about a 30% jump. How does this look?

Like a dumb dumb took an offer with a foreign startup rather then T2 firm 6 months ago and now I’m 1.5 years out of college with decent experience but it’s all over the place and ranges from niche technical consulting to broad client facing market research and strategy. Having a really hard time qualifying the gems of experience in the heaps of random stuff I’ve done and could use some help. Anyone willing to help w/ my resume for some side $ reccomend a service ? Hi everyone, I got an offer from Capgemini and the joining location is Pune but my preferred location is Noida. I saw on LinkedIn and other websites that Capgemini is hiring for the same role in NCR as well. Is it possible to get my location changed before joining? I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange.
