Although my title is a consultant, my role entails the usual responsibilities of a PM (prioritizing builds and features, identifying business requirements, mapping user journeys and stakeholder management). I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!
