Depends what you want but probably a Honda Ridgeline.
Jeep Gladiator, specifically the 22 model year.
Dodge and Jeep same maker so yeah both suck😂
It depends on what you want to do with it. I would certainly avoid a gas-powered Ram because their quality is quantifiably bad when compared to similarly sized vehicles. Two friends have owned 2013+ Rams - one needed an engine replacement and the other had recurring exhaust manifold issues among other problems.
I’d buy a $3000 Ford or Chevy based on the mindset that a truck is for work, will get beat up, and thus isn’t worth spending a lot of money for one. I’d use it for landscaping, hauling firewood, and occasionally transporting parts/tools for work between offices. Obviously other mindsets exist depending on what you plan to use the truck for.

Ram has always been the cheap option vs the Ford and Chevy
Ram is good. You cannot recover get great deals later this month as Carlos is out.
If I had to choose a truck I would go with Chevy Silverado, strong running truck. All trucks and cars will have issues sometime in its life. Be sure to keep up on your suggested manufacturing services-not just oil changes. Dont shop jump stay at 1 shop that you trust. your service advisor should let you know of any issues they may have seen that may require repair down the line, like a sweep in the cv boot or joints, or differential sweep or leak. If you get a 3rd party after warranty like threw endurance, be sure to ask what the payout cap is and be sure ti read all the fine print ( i found endurance to be 1 of the better companies they answer the phone when I put the claims in for my customers and paid our establishment promptly Stay AWAY from CARSHIELD!!) bring the truck into you local shop for a pre-purchase inspection to set your mind at ease a little to know at the time looks good or not.
