Society Generale - 21.8 LPA(Fixed excluding EPF & Gratuity) + 5Lacs(Variable)
Encora - 23.5LPA(Fixed excluding EPF & Gratuity))

How the job security in both and which one is good to join? Please suggest.

One of my friend (2023 graduate) interviewed for the role of product analyst at Flipkart. She is claiming that she got an offer with 25 LPA as the base salary. Can this be true?

Do you feel that you are earning ENOUGH? Satisfied with your pay and wlb?

Expected Salary and notice period of genienue experienced candidate are highly fluctuated due to fake experience people because they can join any time 😂 with even 1X * experience salary 😌

With current inflammation do we think can an experienced candidate survive with such ultra low hike 🙏

For experienced people move on ! Nothing in our hands until and unless companies do proper bgv

When I was hired, I don't recall being informed about my salary being tied to my location. My employment contract also only makes one mention of location, and says "home office" and my state. I was recently told by HR though that if I move, my comp. will be lower. Is this legal? Should I consult a labor lawyer?

Trying to have faith but my recent cycle netted 16 eggs, 8 fertilized and only 2 made it to day 5 for testing. There were 3 others that just didn’t mature. This is my third cycle and I’ve been pretty positive up until today. It’s especially hard to get this news in the middle of a work day.
