We are mandated 3 days in office, but they make it M, W, F which is really annoying because it completely limits you from using a remote M/F for travel. I wish we had more flexibility
Coach
Man that sucks. They definitely intentionally picked those days, but is so limiting. I’m so sorry!
We're hybrid. Two days WFH, three days in office. I miss being remote full time, but with so many places going full RTO, I'm grateful to still get a couple days at home each week.
The sooner the failed experiment of hybrid is finished the better. 4 days or even 5 mandatory will be the norm within 18 months and that goodness for it
SAS1 I am senior but being in the office benefits my career and leaning curve a lot less proportionally that someone more junior. I honestly think 4:1 is the right ratio, I’m still learning and I learn much more when I can see others. And we are in the business of relationships, teams meetings aren’t relationship building they are transactional. And it shows in how teams show up for clients.
Back in office 5 days a week since the beginning of the year. Remote and then hybrid was fun while it lasted.

No that’s so tragic! I can’t imagine 5 days in the office now!!
We are in the office three days a week and it is required. People have actually been getting written up for not coming in so its something they are taking pretty seriously. I miss working from home 5 days a week.
Oh man, that’s miserable. I just can’t believe everyone performed so well at home and yet companies decided in person was better…
