Hi, Anyone got update on renegotiation with IBM?
Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

I took a pay cut to come back and work remote and now I’m going to be moving to an in office position for more money. I know most people don’t think about this, but the less money you make in your career overtime the less Social Security income you will have when you are older. The small sacrifice that I’ll be making to work in an in office job will pay off in the end when I retire. I won’t have to work a part-time job to make ends meet while collecting Social Security.
I probably spend close to $5,000 or $6,000 on travel expenses to and from work. So, that's the price cut I think I would be willing to take.
I’m not sure I’d want to be fully remote. I like the face to face interaction with others. Hybrid is a great compromise. Hopefully, it will last.
I do work remotely and would never be willing to cut my pay. I get a ton of work done and am a good employee. Why would you be willing to sacrifice part of your salary? Perhaps instead you can advocate for yourself - if you’re doing your job effectively, why should you be paid less?
