Hi, Received CTC breakup on email from HCL HR team but still waiting for the proper offer letter for last three weeks. Any idea how much time Hr takes for releasing the offer letter? My last working day is on ,10-Aug-2022.

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?

Had been asked to upload documents on 30th April after Deloitte interview, verbal salary negotiation also happened, have followed up multiple times with HR and she doesn't have an update till today (it's been 26 days now)..is it common?

If i am not satisfied with the ctc of a company even after providing counter offer Negotion. Can i just politely call the hr and reject the offer letter?
