What should I put in my professional summary? I don't have any professional experience yet. Do I just summarize my time in college?

When you lack direct work experience, your professional summary should spotlight your transferable skills, academic projects, relevant coursework, and enthusiasm for the industry. Instead of focusing on past roles, emphasize what you can deliver right now.

Consider structuring your summary around these key elements:
Your Academic Foundation: Mention your degree, relevant certifications, or GPA (if 3.5 or higher).

Key Skills: Highlight 3–4 hard or soft skills directly from the job description (e.g., data analysis, public speaking, leadership).

Value Proposition: State exactly how you plan to apply your skills to benefit the target company.

I'd use the summary to describe who you are as a professional. You may not have explicit professional experience, but I'm sure you have experience like clubs or activities that show you're a growing professional in your field.

Currently I make a base of $63k/yr and $1k/mo in bonuses pre-tax. Is there anyone else in this type of role who is able to share how this compares to similar positions and your general location?

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I’ve been prepping for MBB for months but I know I’m still not ready. I’m struggling with staying structured and with creative questions. I’m really frustrated because I feel like I’ve put in so much work but I’m not where I need to be to make it. I know if I interviewed today I wouldn’t make it through.
Any advice?
