Be prepared to get 10 different answers from different people.
This is very subjective area
Was in a similar boat I did the layout below for my work experience
Full time row:
Project 1
- 3 bullets
Project 2
- 3 bullets
Project 3
- bullets
Internship 1
- 3 bullets
Internship 2
- 3 bullets
^Agreed, I've done 18 projects at LEK in 18 months and I just put my top 3 which were interesting, relevant to the company I'm applying to, and I could speak about in depth
How long have you been working full time? I think that will effect how much you want to put there too
I’d keep big cases as their own bullets. Group all DDs into 1-2 bullets by specifying across which industries and what you did, then finally just talk about other general stuff like CD, personal development, and firm extracurriculars
Same boat here. I like the layout that A1 had
For our type of work with <2 yrs experience it’s very common to not have 1-2 marquee projects (i.e., if you did a bunch of DD). I’d recommend something like this:
LEK
- tagline that touches on sector focus, other office contributions, case mix, # of cases, # of industries, etc over several lines on the paper
Case 1
* 3 bullets
Case 2
* 3 bullets
Case 3
* 2-3 bullets
Case 4
* 2-3 bullets
I would exclude internships unless particularly relevant. Make it clear to HH’s / recruiters that you are working with across industries that you have broad industry experience, and I would have a case bank of cases with 2-3 bullet experiences listed that you can cut and paste depending on the opportunity you’re applying for. That way you’re highlighting the most relevant cases, but also alluding to the fact that these are only a couple of your many cases.
Yeah, market size, estimated growth, company rev/EBITDA, etc all good options. Don’t think I had one in every line, but most
Where did you exit to?
