So I just recently passed my CPA exams and I’m now looking for new opportunities. I’m hoping to work at a big 4 firm in tax and possibly connect with anyone working there right now. Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

I think that opportunity is gone, mate.
This happened to me once, until eventually I received an auto-reply that the new recruiter was no longer with the company. This likely isn’t the average scenario, but goes to show not to make assumptions that you’re a “no"
Yes that’s the person I’ve emailed twice and no response. Hasn’t followed up with a yes or no. I’m assuming it’s no- but it feels as if I’ve fallen between the cracks with the switch in recruiters.

Do you have the contact information of the new recruiter?
Move on, but can't hurt do one more follow-up.
Hold up OP, it’s not gone yet. You need to follow up again and it’s very normal for recruiters to take time to respond to candidates as sometimes they are waiting to hear back. Also the person you interviewed with, did they give you the business card? If they did, it does not harm to follow up given you already feel the opportunity is gone. Another way is to add the
Recruiter on LinkedIn or the folks who interviewed you. If you exhaust all the options and you are still desperate to get the job at this new company pick up the phone and call the recruiter or call general hotline. Hey what you got to loose
