I would be surprised if the total all-in is more than $225k per year. This is not a P&L ownership role. It’s pure overhead, for a company that’s very small as measured by revenue.
C1, ok I'll rephrase. I know the base alone is higher than that and what I just told you is from the executive recruiter.
What I don't know is how bonus/LTIP works in this case and I've been asked what would be most attractive to me.

We give mid single digit percent equity to the management team— ceo chooses how he or she distributes that. You might get a 100bps. Extrapolate value

Sounds like base is solid and I should expect the performance bonus to be pretty strongly tied to the growth plan.
Is it running at a loss?
Haven't seen financials yet but I'd assume positive operating income. Capital intense though, so no clue about net income.
