What specific area of study in finance would you recommend pursuing for someone with an associate's degree in business?

I have 2 years experience in FX collateral management and settlements( middle office). I want to switch into risk or corporate actions or reporting / portfolio management . Is there any Institute for it which it can provide any course/ programme and then provide interviews for such profile or else should I switch by modifying my cv?

The longer I do this job, the more I want to accept a tech job... no travel, same / better pay, no annoying clients...

As someone who is interested in public interest law (open to impact litigation or policy work), does it make sense to clerk in state court -- trial level -- and if so, for how long? Are these clerkships only useful for becoming a state court judge down the line or can they open doors to other paths?

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!
