What to do if I feel like I'm stuck at my current job? Actually now that I think about it, it's not a feeling. I am stuck with more than 5 years of experience.
Most companies want experience in distributed systems, microservices, message brokers.
We do not use it at my job. Like, there is no highload, no really challenging problems.
I do get interviews from time to time, but I fail them. I think I've lost count of number of tech interviews I failed.

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
