What tool do you use for your resume—Canva or MS Word? I created my CV in Canva, and it looks great, with a very simple design, but when I convert it to PDF and upload it to Jobscan, I get a low score of 43%. It seems like it can't recognize my address, phone number, email, or some of the headings.

During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.
