I’m more shocked by seeing people walking barefoot practically anywhere. At least the ones you are referring to wear socks.

My ex did this. He would also go into the lavatory in just his socks. We broke up, for many reasons

Socks are fine. Barefoot is a different story.

It’s part of my culture to take our shoes off indoors

I mean if it’s your culture, by all means

Depends on the length of the flight. No way I’m wearing shoes on a 14 hour flight

People who fly often, people who fly long distance and people who are short enough to put their feet up on the chair to sleep! Totally normal and cool!

Make sure your feet don’t come to my seat if I’m in front of you or there will be problems

The same type of people who slam their seats all the way back in Economy the second the wheels leave the ground—just to let gravity kneecap the poor soul behind them.

Guilty 🫣. I don’t care that my socks are gonna be dirty - my feet/legs hurt like hell from being in shoes that long

It’s what the socks you get in the little bag are for?

Except not airplane bathroom

They give me socks in the amenities kit bag. I wear those when walking around the front of the plane or in the upstairs section.

Same here!

Guilty! You should try it but Ofc not into the toilet

I do it all the time - my toes need to wiggle on long flights

to all socks wearers, just get slippers from a hotel omg...

I am down with that. Anyone publish a list of airlines that allow that?

I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended. I focused on my niece and nephews, cried when I wanted to and slept from 8pm-noon for the last 5 days. Showered once or twice. That’s the best I could do and that’s OK right now. I’m back in my apartment, just trying to take it one day at a time, and not re read his texts too much. My birthday is Thursday 🙄

Hello Fishes,

A slight offtopic question.

I'm planning to prepare for govt. exams and try moving there because WLB, pressure to delivery is too high nowadays in IT industry and also considering our health issues for long term.
Could not find enough time for preparation. Confused if I should give it a try for 1 year by quitting current organization.

Is the exam mainly multiple choice or short answer and how difficult? Any guidance or tips would help please. I already have my CFE but just want to know if CFF is worth it

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?
