Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. Does PWC US division have good data engineering projects, which Includes Cloud services? I have an offer for a spark developer, but I think it's with the on-premise cluster. I would like to have an opportunity to work with cloud services.

HR says they will provide opportunity to work with cloud services, But during my technical discussion they confirmed that its for on primise clusters.

The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?
