What work bag do you like / use for travel? Mine is starting to fall apart so looking for a replacement!

Looking to get rid of ALT+ENTER in cells, it’s messing up my import file formatting when I convert the file to .txt.

Could some recommend a way to do this quickly, I’ve tried find and replace control j, and that worked on most but not all cells.

How many firms is too many? I’ve practiced 13 years. Since I was a 1st year associate, every 3 years or so I’ve been recruited for another opportunity that is hard to pass up. A HR question I really want to understand. ISRS HR quoted a podcast "The not so great resignation" saying 70% regret leaving and many want to go back to old employer. If this really the case the employee likely left due to higher pay at the new company. If they want to boomerang back they will likely come back at even a higher rate than they left the new company for. So getting double raise when they boomeranged. Isn't it unbeneficial, why not just give employee a 7% raise in the first place?
