What would be my position offered at Verizon if I joined with 2.3 YOE? I'm thinking I'd be offered Senior Analyst position but I have to be sure.

I need this info as I got selected after the first round at Verizon for SAP ABAP Consultant (2 YOE relevant) & awaiting Hiring Manager interview on tomorrow (21st Nov). I need to quote the accurate figures as my expected CTC for the position as per their standards.

I hold an offer for 7 LPA and and awaiting another, probably around 8 - 8.5 LPA. TIA.

Currently working at a 3rd year analyst at a major bank. Focusing on Corporate Treasury sales for the first 2 years and most recently in e-commerce product development (payment processor). Looking to transition into a product manager role at a tech company where I can work remotely.

Has anyone had similar experience or has any advice to share?

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
