How do you politely decline a third interview at a company or an offer?

After my first initial interviews I realized the responsibilities are that of 3 marketers & I’m not interested in getting a job that’s set up for failure.

I don’t have another offer lined up but I also don’t want to waste their time continuing to pursue me as a candidate.

Does anyone have a go-to "odd" or unconventional question you like to ask candidates to keep them on their toes or see how they react when put on the spot?

When will google hiring resume?

Mckinsey folks - do you recruit for Dubai offices or is it limited to Abu Dhabi/Riyadh? If so, Can exceptions be made if the candidate is a strong performer?

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

During my job search, I am getting a lot of recruiters asking for me to answer right to represent emails. These particular recruiters follow a same pattern and seem unprofessional. Shall I be aware and not sign these right to represents? Are they a scam? Or is it a cultural thing… can someone advise me, I’m based in the USA

1. Need some feedback how anyone proceed during HCL Technologies Discover portal login. It's showing me invalid login continuously and using forget password options, able to login one time by luck 2. Is asking for a raise at a company I’ve been at for 6 months to soon? I believe the work I’ve been doing is worth more than what I’m making now

Over the last few months my job work load has increased to helping more teams and I have been brought on to be a major voice on a product transition (I am one of three non managers helping make the decision and have more responsibility on the project then half the managers. The company is global (30+ teams)) and I can see that it will increase over the next months. The company I work for is known for not promoting internally easy. Anyone have any advice on how to make the transition easier?

So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.

Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.

I'm concerned after my most recent jump (went from a product director to a head of product position at a different, smaller company after only a year) that I've kind of poisoned future career prospects at larger companies.
