What would it take for a small agency to get an in with digital marketing buyers at a mid sized company? Could you be convinced to try one campaign or a short 3 month contract?

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?

When do firms start sponsoring green cards? What’s the earliest year you have seen and can I negotiate this as part of lateral package?

I am so conflicted and not sure what to do. A company I wanted to work for was not ready for hire when I first reached out in Sept. Since then I have accepted a job at a outpatient oncology clinic, starting in Jan at a renowned hosp. Having said that the other company does more of what I was hoping to do when I left my previous job. The company is a vessel for new ideas in healthcare helping their community specifically with seed funding, & launching their own programs. I have no idea what to do

Is it better to have SFH for monthly cash flow or passive MF deals through a private syndicate? Friend told me that you need to have $1.5m invested in MF to generate 60k a year approx but it’s much better than dealing with tenants and maintenance. I am considering switching careers from architecture to UX design or Product Management, and am unsure about which route I want to take. I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).

If any of you are working on Ocean Spray, your OLA has a major ad collision problem today. I literally never buy Ocean Spray nor have I visited the website and almost every banner on the web for me today is an Ocean Spray logo (which I'm assuming is the default).
