We need more teachers down here in AZ! If you're in the area, or moving to the area, or even thinking about moving to the area (😅) feel free to check some of these out and apply. I would recommend going through the schools website, but there are multiple schools hiring! Cannot provide referrals, can provide recommendations for a good place to get a drink to celebrate your new job.

Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

On average after first year manager is the most bang for your buck. You get the skills, you get to be a manager, you aren’t obnoxiously expensive relative to skills you bring and you are flexible and junior enough to be shaped to all industries find you interesting and are willing to take chances even if you don’t know anything.
After that point, every exit starts becoming about your unique situation/background and experiences. Some get great ones, some not so much.
Thank you very much!

No such thing as sweet spot. It varies. There are probably the *most* opportunities available after the BA/Analyst and Consultant/Associate level but have seen SMs/Associate Partners leave for ridiculous offers leveraging their networks
