I like this question because of the idea of having a fresh start without having to go through the trouble of quitting a job and finding another one after just getting transferred. It's very interesting. I think I would agree with the first two, though I don't know if I can be early because I think I'll be late to my own funeral. But the not oversharing part, I would agree with. The longer you're at a place and the more time you spend with people, that's hard to do because whether we like it or not, we spend more time with our coworkers than we do our own families.
I would like to work with enrollment or prior authorization in pharmacy.
Those sounds like pretty solid ideas if starting over in a new department. I definitely relate to the not oversharing comment, that would be a priority for me. And this maybe sounds silly or petty, but I'd make some boundaries about my lunch hour. I prefer to just eat at my desk and then check emails on my phone or check the news. But if I'm at my desk, people expect me to work. I'd like to somehow make a boundary so I could sit at my desk and have it still be my own hour!
