Heard so many bad reviews about Nagarro's project allocation. Especially people from Automation Testing backgrounds are pushed into manual testing projects.
Second is that when the demand is not more from clients the client interviews get very tough to get into a decent project. Heard many are sitting on the bench for more than 3 months, and they are now looking out for another switch.

I am 45. What are the pros and cons of switching from Jr Principal /Associate Principal level at Consulting firm to client organization at Sr Director level? Anyone done that before and regretted?

When building a new brand, who is the actual client? Who has the final say? Who should you really listen to if no one is taking the lead? The president of the company, the original owner, the financial money partner, the third party manager? Everyone seems to have a voice, but the main contact is the underling gathering and offering their own opinion, which strangely seems to be the most on point. How do you handle this type of situation?

The data points we currently use are manager and self scoring of a scorecard for each employee (scorecard outlines mission for the position, outcomes, and competencies) as well as peer feedback based on the competencies of the position (thought being a manager only has so much insight to a person’s day to day, especially in a matrix org).
