I started working for a small firm in March, during my last semester. I stayed with the firm until this month: pay was garbage, and supervisor started treating me poorly when they found out I was interviewing for other firms. 1 year into being in my firm’s benefit plan team. I am really starting to dislike it. I feel like every plan is like deja vu. Same testing, same controls to corroborate, exact same workpapers, it’s driving me crazy. I would prefer to switch over to doing FS audits with our commercial audit team to maximize my exit opportunities if I choose to leave in the future. Hi Guys. Need help evaluating two offers: 1. McKinsey - Associate in Risk Consulting - $165K base/30K sign-on. NYC/Chicago. 2. Facebook - Program Manager in Security and Privacy - $160K base/$100K RSUs over 4 years/$20K sign-on. Bay Area I have 6 YOE at Deloitte in Cyber since graduating college. Has always been a desire to work at McK but don’t plan to stay in Consulting long term. Was all set to join McK until this offer came along. Any advice on what factors I need to consider?

I know this is an incredibly privileged question to ask so spare me the criticism. But I am graduating with no student loans and starting a job in Philly making 95k. I want to lease an Audi A4 (~350/Mo) but my parents keep trying to talk me out of it saying it’s a terrible investment and that I don’t even need a car.
