Hi there - I’m 31 and am flying to visit family at the end of the month. It’s something we decided on several months ago, after a year of not seeing each other and spending the holidays apart. My parents have both received the first vaccine shot, and ideally I will have too before I go. Any advice to get the vaccine (at least shot 1)? I have started working at MBB as an intern for few months and have been giving zero output for the case teams.

I was supposed to introduce my team to a client two weeks ago, but had a lot of issues since I just formed a new team for consulting services. How do I communicate to client about the situation?

Supported a project where the SM had it out for me and few others. Instead of leaving the project right away I stayed base on my coaches recommendation. The SM just continued to gaslight me and she marked me as a low performer. I escalated it to the partners, PEP and coach. I thought the partner and PEP would had did a proper investigation before making any decisions. My coach is going to circle back on this and see what can be done. I have documented my evidence so I wonder what I should do?
