I am at a firm now where there aren’t bright line metrics to make PPMD, but think I could make it in 2-5 years. In 2015 i was working under a civil engineer and i had shown that in my experience.
I had no letters provided by my mentor.
The bgv team is now asking for bank statement and offer letter .
After requesting i got experience letter but i dont have anything else to prove that i worked there.
I have not lied but i am not able to prove .
Please help me what should i do in such scenario.would i be terminated .
