Can someone provide me some insights into the Senior Solutions Developers roles at Amazon AWS? What are expected TC range for remote positions with 10+ years of experience? What kind of questions should I expect during the first technical interview(90 minutes)? Specially for the coding part(20-30 mins) what level of LC questions do I need to prepare for? I already got some ideas about System Design and LP parts however there is not any info out there regarding the coding part for this position.

Depends on your age and lifestyle. 80% for me is perfect. Leave Monday afternoon, home Thursday night. Enjoy seeing friends in my project city and having the option to flex. This said, I’m single and have nothing tying me to one place aside from the desire for a dog.
It’s a biotch. They pay and the points don’t make up for the missed birthdays and eating dinner at home on Tuesday’s.

Depends on the person honestly. My 2 cents, if you have a solid friend group/relationship/etc in your home city right now, stay put unless you’re getting a pretty significant pay bump. If not, or you’re bored of your life Mon - Thurs right now, go for it.
