How can I get my *micro* manager off my back? I know I haven’t been doing the best work this quarter, but emailing me all damn day isn’t going to help me do better, I do know that.

The other team, that fits my desires more, now reached out. Same org, two entirely diff departments and I've been in og gig for a month. Stick or ditch? Any advice for a youngin' like me?

How to deal with people flirting with you at work.
I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go? It is mostly just odd I’m not super offended, but I’m also clearly uninterested!

How do you deal with unresponsive summers? I’m a junior and overseeing my first project with summers (5 in total). Two are unresponsive and do not acknowledge my emails. Do I need to make it clear that I expect acknowledgement when I assign work? The other three don’t have a problem with this, so I’m not sure what it is.

There is a partner that, without fail, calls on Fridays after 6pm anytime I am staffed with him. It’s extremely frustrating since his calls are usually non-urgent and I make it a point to check in early in the day to address anything. Any advice?

I've been told by people to not be loyal to companies & I've seen posts in forums where people have talked about leaving workplace 1, at workplace 2 for like 3 weeks, and already interviewing for workplace 3 (and the recruiter for workplace 3 doesn't even know that the person has left workplace 1). I am an acting senior and am training 3 new hires. They are not doing well, so I often re-do their works even after I give them 2 pages step by step instruction. The problem is my manager and director don't see the problems (because those problems happen behind the scene) and think all the A1s are performing exceptionally well. The A1s and I are all associates, so I don't even have a chance to give them an official feedback (snapshot at pwc). How to address this issue to my manager and director?

How many interviews is too many? I’ve done 5 one on ones with different people in the practice group. They want me to talk to a few more, but I’m frustrated. It’s so hard to find time to schedule these things and the associates don’t seem to understand I can’t just take them in the middle of the work day at work. Recruiter thinks it’s a good sign. FWIW they haven’t communicated to me position level they’d expect.
