This is regarding Visa Appointment for Germany - in VFS.
My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? HNY all! I have multiple rollover and traditional IRAs, as well as a solo 401k. But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA. I’ve also not done much contributing in the last few years due to purchasing an apartment and saving for renovations. Cue pandemic joblessness... if married filing separately, would you say it’s a good idea to start a Roth while under the income limit, even in this climate? Any reason not to?

Robinhood is going to be the patsy in this one. The funds will continue to be fine.

Is there any reason to NOT max out a 401k? I’m 23 and will contribute about $10K this year ($86k salary at ~11.5%). Does it make sense to max it out? I don’t have any large upcoming milestone expenses except maybe going back to school in 2-3 years, but not for certain yet.
