What’s one boundary you’ve set at work that actually improved your productivity or mental health? Mine was turning off Slack notifications after 6pm. It took a few weeks for people to adjust their expectations, but it genuinely changed how I show up the next morning. Curious what’s worked for others.

It's hard to explain, but I stopped giving junior level professionals step-by-step guides how to do things. Instead, I started offering to build a system, process, or SOP with them. It immediately took the mental load for other peoples' performance off me.
