I’ve tried to stop getting stressed about decisions that don’t really matter and have applied a “make a decision in 10 seconds” rule for them. I’m an anxious person and used to spin about stuff like what color should I pick at the nail salon, now the deadline makes me decide and live with the outcome 🤣
Sleep. Getting decent hours of sleep.
Read every night before bed
Not giving f about the list of thing/people I used to give f about. Found my peace of mind within a day and the journey continues. Made space for all the other great things/self care naturally
Drinking water all the time by default-it goes with all foods, it’s free (at restaurants) and almost everywhere it’s accessible as a choice. Plus, no calories!
Quiting social media. There is nothing greater than peaceful mind. That one thing alone fixed a lot is issues in my life. I stared to sleep on time and wake up early, workout. Got into meditation. Overall lifestyle has become healthy. The only app right now on my phone that has addiction capabilities is fishbowl but that is no way close to Instagram and Facebook.
Lifting heavy

Looking outside the window first thing at the morning
10k steps per day
Walking pad wfh two days a week, 3 days in office I get 5k steps just going around our huge office plus walk to and from work in nyc easily gets me to 10k
Finally doing complete workout programs, about to finish the Fit345 program from Sydney Cummings on YouTube. I love working out from home! & I’m adding Taylor dukes peanut butter chocolate protein powder to my oatmeal every morning for added protein, soooo good!
commitment to faith
With age I've realized that things I used to stress about weren't worth it. I apply that learning to new stressors I face and have greatly reduced my anxieties.
This could be anything from applying sunscreen everyday to commuting to work by bike. All is healthy for you and preventative of problems later. I’ve done these 2 things.
