Making himself at home in my home office!

Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.
Tata Consultancy
Gotta say I LOL’d at this.

Don’t bring that sneeze around me...

I find PwC 1’s response hard to follow.
In short:
1) There were some extremely dysfunctional parts of the legacy Booz culture which carried over, e.g., overwork and abusive treatment of staff (this is improving as many of the bad actors leave/retire)
2) The PMI with PwC Advisory was royally botched (also improving as both sides learn to play nicely in the sandbox together)
Just one data point: We had the largest increase in real numbers in the vault survey this year of any firm in the top 30. This is partially driven by improved morale. The score isn’t where we’d like it yet, but things are moving in the right direction.
Can second that!
They hired some people from McK who are struggling to fit in
Things are much better. Not perfect but I wouldn’t believe everything you hear. The trajectory is definitely pointing up. Much better than two years ago.
Imagine if EY bought McK... we had (and are still having) those types of post-merger integration issues. It’s definitely getting better though.
A client once told me about his selection process: you buy the project leader and based on the brand you can rely on the fact that the project leader brings a team which can deliver the results...S& Brand does not guarantee this any more, as performance ranges increased...with a team of legacy booz you get excellent work delivered, with non legacy boozies you can not be sure 😊
Booz was a global firm. PwC isn’t a global firm, it’s an accounting firm (first and foremost) with a national structure.
They bought even more people from Booz and they hated it
Strategy& speaking: Take a look at the recent fink study...booz was already very low on that, strategy& is no longer existing...even in the „communication to employee“ section we went down...culture seems to be more and more a „bunch of different people with different cultures working together“...I have seen more and more experienced people coming in , who already have their on working style and it is not easy to form them properly...at the beginning they were coming from known big 4 consultancies...now they are coming from boutiques as well that no one even knows...the other thing with new hires is, that requirements in terms of grades etc. have been lowered (no one ever confirms that, but the reality is different)...I have interviewed people with grades way above 2.0 as well as study durations which way exceed the expected time for a master...
Sounds like your speaking about S& GSA?
Besides, outside the US the integration practically destroyed the Booz legacy. Try to find out what happened in Latin America, for example.
I’ve had a great experience - one data point though
